Accounts Administrator Opportunity

Primary Duties:

  • Inputting Supplier Invoices utilizing Sage accounting software
  • Overseeing supplier accounts and maintaining accurate records
  • Aiding in the creation of purchase summaries
  • Organizing invoices and financial statements
  • Addressing purchase ledger queries
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding payment timelines
  • Managing employee expense reports
  • Conducting general financial administrative tasks
  • Compiling monthly reconciliations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Collaborative team player
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • Standard Monday to Friday workweek
  • Salary range dependent on experience: £24,000 - £26,000
  • Temporary to permanent position
