Primary Duties:

  • Processing supplier invoices utilizing Sage accounting software
  • Overseeing supplier accounts and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting in the preparation of purchase summaries
  • Organizing and filing invoices and financial statements
  • Addressing inquiries related to the purchase ledger
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding payment timelines
  • Managing employee expense reports
  • Performing general financial administrative tasks
  • Conducting monthly account reconciliations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • Standard Monday to Friday workweek
