Primary Duties:
- Processing supplier invoices utilizing Sage accounting software
- Overseeing supplier accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting in the preparation of purchase summaries
- Organizing and filing invoices and financial statements
- Addressing inquiries related to the purchase ledger
- Liaising with suppliers regarding payment timelines
- Managing employee expense reports
- Performing general financial administrative tasks
- Conducting monthly account reconciliations
