We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Accounts Department, ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices and bank payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Communicate effectively with financial and non-financial colleagues, clients, and customers

Requirements:

  • Confident and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience in accounts or a related field is desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and willing to develop and progress with the company
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
