Due to continued growth within the business our Client are recruiting a Account Administrator to join their small, friendly team. The working hours will be 37.5 per week Monday to Friday.
Daily duties to include, but not limited to:
General Administration
Updating and maintaining accurate financial records on the sales ledger
Reporting to senior management on days outstanding, over credit limit and payment history
Assist with posting and allocating of BACS receipts and cheques onto the system
Investigative work reconciling outstanding debit notes on the sales ledger
Responsible for various weekly and monthly reports
Credit checks on new and existing customer accounts, ongoing maintenance of credit terms and limits
Our Client are looking for a motivated individual who is keen to develop with a growing business.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to an extremely high standard
Ability to communicate within all levels of the organisation
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work on own or part of a team and to strict deadlines
Previous experience working in a credit control role
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel & Outlook
