This role requires a commitment of three days per week, specifically from Wednesday to Friday, with a working schedule of 7 hours each day.
The primary focus of this position is to deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Accounts division. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
Fleet Management Responsibilities:
- Documenting vehicle mileage every quarter
- Overseeing Fuel Card operations
- Coordinating rental vehicles and managing associated logistics (Insurance, Tolls, Congestion Charges)
Financial Administration:
- Processing purchase invoices and addressing any related inquiries
- Managing customer credit control and conducting credit assessments
Communication and Support:
- Handling incoming calls, addressing basic account inquiries, and directing calls as necessary
- Providing assistance to the accounts team as required
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn from the Accounts team, demonstrating discretion and meticulous attention to detail at all times.
Proficiency in IT applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essential, along with prior experience utilizing accounting software (such as Opera or Netsuite).
