About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Development Officer to join our team at Elizabeth School of London. As a key member of our Student Support and Welfare Team, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to students on career development, employability, and job search strategies.
  • Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance students' employability skills.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create networking and employment opportunities for students.
  • Collaborate with academic and professional services colleagues to ensure a high-quality and consistent student experience.
Requirements
  • Direct experience in student coaching/career guidance support.
  • Direct experience of managing elements of selection and assessment.
  • Accustomed to operating in a target-driven environment and demonstrable experience of achieving a desired business outcome.
Desirable
  • Relevant experience in high-volume graduate recruitment/jobs brokerage.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Good IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including word processing, spreadsheets, and use of databases.
