We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career and Employability Officer to join our team at Elizabeth School of London. As a key member of our Student Support and Welfare Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our students receive a high-quality and consistent student experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a source of expertise on student career and employability matters, providing personalized guidance and support to students.
  • Develop and implement effective job search strategies, including resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and online job application techniques.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance students' employability skills, such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and digital literacy.
  • Design and implement career development programs and initiatives to support students' professional growth, including career fairs, industry-specific events, guest speaker sessions, and internship or job shadowing opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create networking and employment opportunities for students.
Requirements
  • Direct experience in student coaching/career guidance support.
  • Relevant experience in high-volume graduate recruitment/jobs brokerage.
  • Good IT skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and use of databases.
