We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Blue Arrow - Maidstone. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous and Head Chef with all kitchen duties.

Main Responsibilities:

Chef de Partie Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
  2. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  3. Participate in menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and appealing range of options
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
