We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Model Transformation Specialist to join our team at Peel Recruitment and Solutions Ltd.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing business operating models, with a focus on organizational design and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of organizational problems and opportunities to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop evidence-based solution options to mitigate these problems and opportunities
  • Design and implement operating model changes across all components, including people, process, organization, governance, and culture
  • Support the translation of complex organizational problems and solutions into simple, compelling narratives that achieve broad business consensus
  • Lead in the organization of workshops, stakeholder engagement, and other relevant meetings and boards

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in developing business operating models and an understanding of their value to an organization
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex or incomplete data to provide concise and meaningful recommendations
  • Solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on innovation and forward-thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build confidence with various stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Experience working in a challenging, change-driven environment, with a focus on project management delivery approaches and change delivery methodologies
  • Strong understanding of organizational design principles and practices
