About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our team at The Landmark London. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exercise empowerment in handling guest complaints and taking corrective action.
  • Make room assignments for incoming guests using advance reservations requests and personal empowerment.
  • Increase hotel revenue by up-selling room categories in accordance with set targets and daily availability.
  • Supervise Front Office Clerks in their work, ensuring maximum performance, good time keeping, and company behaviors.
  • Be responsible for cash floats and reporting shortages/overages to the Front Office Manager.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will also need to be able to work a 40-hour week on a shift rota.
