Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Host. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and polite assistance to colleagues and guests, ensuring their needs are met in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Facilities Management: Conduct daily checklists to ensure the quality of assigned workspaces, improve performance, and enhance tracking.
  • Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support, including reboots and connection inspections, while delivering against a clear handoff process to the Techbar for unresolved issues.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a strong floor presence and observe quality control issues, actively logging tickets requiring service from other areas.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing stellar customer service in a high-touch environment.
  • Education: High School or College Degree.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint applications, with knowledge of property management and Condeco systems a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication.
