Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Assistant to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily commercial operations, working closely with our facilities and health and safety manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Procure inventory, stock, and office furniture as required, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Front-of-House Support: Provide ad-hoc cover on Reception, answering queries, greeting clients, and assisting staff with inquiries.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-maintained, adhering to company standards and legislative requirements.
  • Event Support: Set up meeting rooms and seminars with the necessary equipment, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff.
  • Brand Compliance: Adhere to company brand standards, maintaining a professional image.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure the office is compliant with legislative requirements and company compliance procedures for document and file management.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and external service providers.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze information, present it simply and accurately, and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
