Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Sustainability Coordinator to join our team at International Logistics Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sites and supporting our sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of facilities issues, repairs, and maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate and schedule regular inspections and servicing of facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities and Sustainability Manager, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Assist with site visits, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives, including waste management and energy efficiency projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Proven administrative and secretarial experience, with a focus on facilities management
  • Methodical and able to prioritize workload and tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to travel to all ILG sites, as required
  • Previous experience in an EMS or similar environment, an asset
