Senior Lettings Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Lettings Manager to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing your own business, and leading a team of lettings professionals.
The Role:- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service at all times.
- Business Management: Manage your own business, focusing on profitability and business development.
- Team Leadership: Motivate, inspire, and manage your team, leading morning meetings and coaching sessions.
- Property Listings: Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our landlords let their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current market conditions and develop a reputation as an expert in your field.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to download new properties and agree on a suitable strategy to match potential tenants.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they trust and value your expertise.
- Drive and Determination: Demonstrate drive, determination, and a strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ambition and Self-Motivation: Be ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Company Values: Embody our company values, treating customers and colleagues with courtesy, honesty, trust, and respect.
- Full Driving Licence: Hold a full driving licence.
- Basic Salary: £29,750 (Plus additional guaranteed earnings for the first 2 months)
- On Target Earnings: £45,000 - £50,000 (Uncapped) + £3,500 Car Allowance or Company Car
- Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
- Additional Benefits: Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, plus an extra day off for your birthday, Pension, Life Insurance, Phone Allowance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Employee Assistance Scheme, Paid entry fees for charitable events
