Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be expected to:

  • Drive sales and lettings growth through effective negotiation and customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
  • Contribute to the development of our Lettings team and branch

What We're Looking For:
  • Estate agency experience, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A full UK driving license
