About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Cubitt & West. As a key member of our sales and lettings department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are marketed effectively and presented in the best possible light.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, landlords, and other stakeholders to drive sales and lettings activity.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and lettings strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on property sales and lettings, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Work closely with the sales and lettings team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and lettings performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

  • Proven experience in sales and lettings, with a strong track record of achievement.

  • A full driving license and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
