Canterbury, Kent, United Kingdom The Recruitment Experts Full time

The Letting Opportunity

At The Letting Experts, we are seeking like-minded individuals who share our vision to raise the standards in letting agency by providing a first-class service, excellent property management, and outstanding service for clients.

How Much Can You Earn?

Your management portfolio is your business, and you choose the level of support you need to service it to the highest standards. We provide the platform for you to manage your portfolio for a monthly fee. Should you require further assistance, we can offer a property management support package, the price depending on the package required.

Example Portfolio Income

If you let eight properties per month with an average rent of £950pcm, you can earn over £90,000 in year one, excluding any ancillary revenue. As your portfolio grows, your baseline income from your management portfolio will increase year on year.

What We Offer

We provide the opportunity for you to manage your own portfolio, with the stability to scale your growth and build a team to manage your business locally. This allows you to be more productive, acquire new business, focus on managing your team, or work fewer hours.
