About the Role:

We're seeking a results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential Lettings team at Connells in Canterbury. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancies to maximize branch income and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations, and conduct market appraisals/valuations as required.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies to maximize branch income and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure excellent customer service and results-driven performance.

What We're Looking For:

Estate agency experience, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent. Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment, exceptional customer care/service experience, resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a full UK driving license.
