Job Description

Internal Account Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Account Manager to join our team. As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage active and inactive accounts across two UK Sales areas, ensuring a structured approach to grow revenue and foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Drive growth and profitability of consumables accounts, converting reactivating dormant accounts, and creating increased equipment opportunities for external reps.
  • Build and develop relationships with the right stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and other internal departments.
  • Accountability for growing consumables revenue, quoting and arranging consumables deliveries and schedules, and driving action plans.
  • Assist with account strategy development, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a technical role or with a wide range of products and services.
  • Inside sales & account management experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
  • Innovative mindset, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial skillset, with a strong understanding of business systems, tools, and products.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth through strategic planning and execution.
