Job Summary
ASSA ABLOY is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to drive and develop sales within key target areas of the region. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for liaising with customers to understand their requirements and taking calls for industrial door works.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales estimators to provide accurate pricing and supplies for externally sourced products.
- Conduct pre-site inspections and site surveys to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Translate site findings into sketches and surveys to aid quotations, drawing production, and timescales for repairs and replacements.
- Identify faults and propose remedial works to existing doors to ensure operational and compliant status.
- Communicate plant and access requirements for undertaking work on site.
- Price service and repair work based on parts lists.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar field-based customer-focused role, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial doors and ability to identify faults and propose remedial works.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
