Car Sales Professional

The Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New and Used Car Sales Executive to join our exceptional team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle. You will conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each model. You will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and maximise sales opportunities. Your strong negotiation skills will be utilised to close deals and secure customer commitment. You will maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. You will provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships. You will efficiently manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads to drive sales conversions. You will complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of a sales role within the motor trade. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. You will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will have excellent negotiation and closing skills. You will be passionate about the motor industry and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. You will be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will be detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will have a valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
