Responsibilities

As a Business Development Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of Iona Pub Partnership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing innovative business strategies for expansion within the west of Scotland.
  • Maximizing profits for both tenants and Iona Pub Partnership through strategic planning and execution.
  • Ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation governing the hospitality industry.
  • Analyzing reports and market trends to identify key opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Creating quarterly business strategies aligned with financial targets and overall company objectives.
Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-site management within the hospitality, retail, or leisure sectors.
  • A demonstrable track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
