Position Title: Field Sales Representative (Includes Company Vehicle and Mobile Phone)

OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE

The Field Sales Representative will play a crucial role in enhancing and expanding their designated territory as outlined by the Sales Manager. This position involves achieving monthly sales targets while servicing existing clients and seeking new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will operate within a pre-established route plan in the designated region.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reports To: Sales Manager

Accountable For: Generating customer sales revenue and pursuing new business opportunities within a defined territory and monthly objectives.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Cultivating and expanding sales within the territory through proficient selling techniques and exceptional customer service.

· Demonstrating strong commercial insight and the ability to manage accounts, both independently and in groups. Engaging in discussions regarding margins with clients comfortably.

· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through current and prospective client interactions to drive revenue growth in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

· Ensuring timely collection of payments from direct customers, adhering to agreed payment terms, and banking these funds weekly.

· Occasionally merchandising to guarantee that the company's product offerings are prominently displayed and available for sale.

· Providing support and coverage for team members during absences due to holidays or illness as necessary.

· Being available for travel within the UK and Europe as required.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Timely and accurate reporting of sales and distribution performance against targets.

· Availability for travel throughout the designated area as needed by the company.

· Maintaining a professional image of both yourself and the company through integrity, commitment, and personal presentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: £32,500 annually
