Position Title: Field Sales Representative (Includes Company Vehicle and Mobile)
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The Field Sales Representative is tasked with the responsibility of enhancing and expanding their designated territory in alignment with the directives set forth by the Sales Manager. This role involves achieving established monthly sales targets while servicing an existing client base and actively seeking new business opportunities.
LOCATION:
The successful candidate will operate within the designated region, focusing on a pre-defined journey plan for effective territory management.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
Reports To: Sales Manager
Accountable For: Revenue generation from customer sales and the acquisition of new business within the assigned territory and monthly objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Cultivating and expanding sales within the territory through proficient selling techniques and exceptional customer service.
2. Demonstrating strong commercial acumen and adeptness in account management, whether dealing with individual clients or groups. Comfortably engage in discussions regarding profit margins with customers.
3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities during both current and prospective client interactions to drive revenue growth in accordance with the company's strategic objectives.
4. Ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from direct customers, adhering to agreed payment terms, and depositing funds on a weekly basis.
5. Occasionally merchandising to guarantee that the company's product offerings are prominently displayed and available for sale.
6. Providing support and coverage for team members as necessary, such as during periods of absence due to holidays or illness.
7. Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe as required.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
1. Timely and accurate reporting of sales and distribution results against targets.
2. Availability for travel throughout the region as needed by the company.
3. Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in personal presentation and company representation.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: £32,500 annually
