Job Title: Hybrid Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hybrid Telesales Executive to join our team at Repair and Assure LTD. As a Hybrid Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in extending our warranty services to customers who have recently exited the manufacturer's warranty period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a professional and friendly telephone manner to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work independently to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding sales performance.
  • Utilize your sales skills to explain the benefits of extending the warranty to customers and overcome objections.
  • Build rapport with new and existing customers while multi-tasking and following a consultative sales approach.
  • Effectively navigate multiple systems and the internet to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
  • High level of experience in delivering outstanding sales performance in a similar sales role.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new environments, processes, and systems quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £23,400.00-£45,000.00 per year.
  • A bonus scheme, commission pay, and performance bonus.

  • An 8-hour day shift schedule.
