Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Clinical Trial Assistant to join our remote UK team. This role is integral to supporting our Project Management, Finance, Quality Teams, and Scout Clinical Management. The position is entirely remote, with no travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers by managing essential study activities throughout the study lifecycle.
  • Oversee the study calendar, coordinating onboarding and training sessions.
  • Facilitate the preparation, review, and finalization of study documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Engage effectively with external stakeholders, including client operations representatives, to ensure timely and accurate document finalization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Accounting, Quality Management, and Patient Liaison, as necessary.
  • Manage client-facing mailboxes and process invoices for translation and other services.
  • Distribute customer surveys and compile feedback data.
  • Support the creation and configuration of studies within the Scout Clinical portal, including user credential management.
  • Handle virtual card payments and manage single-load payment card requests.
  • Provide minor technical support for users of the Scout portal.
  • Assist leadership with various ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • A BS or BA degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in clinical research is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of foreign currency and the ability to convert to USD is beneficial.
