Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trials Specialist to join our team at King's College Hospital. The successful candidate will assist in the coordination of day-to-day activities in Clinical Trials and ensure that administrative duties are carried out in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the receipt, dispensing, accountability, returns, and destruction of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Clinical Trials Regulations.
  • Deliver an efficient, structured, and accurate clinical trials service, adhering to national legislation and local policies.
  • Work with the pharmacy clinical trials team to develop the clinical trials service in line with Trust strategy and regulatory directives.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • Hospital experience in pharmacy
  • Clinical Trial pharmacy experience
  • GCP certification within the last 2 years
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
