Position Overview:

We are looking for a Lead HR Business Partner to become an integral part of a prominent and multifaceted professional services organization. This position serves as the strategic liaison with the organization regarding all matters related to human resources and will be a key member of the leadership team, facilitating and enabling the people strategy while driving organizational change.

This role encompasses oversight of two distinct client segments within the advisory division. One segment focuses on high-volume transactional services, while the other involves intricate, high-touch corporate finance. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to adapt their approach to suit varying circumstances.


Key Responsibilities:


• Translating the organizational strategy into actionable deliverables from a human resources perspective, collaborating with the broader HR team and business units, as well as centers of excellence to implement HR initiatives.

• Engaging with relevant stakeholders to provide comprehensive support across all human resource areas, including talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.

• Supporting business units through transformative changes and organizational development as the firm navigates a significant transition.

• Establishing the framework and methodology for key cyclical HR activities, ensuring alignment with the organizational strategy.

• Advocating for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda, integrating initiatives throughout all human resource strategy activities.

• Leading a team of two HR Business Partners.


Required Skills:
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex matrix environment, preferably in financial or professional services, supporting front office or advisory client groups.

• Comprehensive experience in all facets of HR Business Partnering, including talent acquisition, succession planning, organizational restructuring, annual compensation processes, employee relations, and case management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and implement HR initiatives and change in a dynamic, complex environment.

• A pragmatic and commercially-focused approach to human capital solutions.

• Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
