Marketing and Sales Role

BMS Performance

Up to £36,500

BMS Performance, a leading company in the medical device industry, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Sales Representative to join their team. As a key member of the EMEIA team, this role will focus on supporting the UK and Ireland region in executing sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland region, in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Take ownership of various marketing activities, including leading and coordinating campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external activities, such as conferences, workshops, customer meetings, and webinars.
  • Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
  • Develop local content and review and localize global content for social media and other digital channels.
  • Ensure the local website is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide sales teams with marketing materials, including tenders, product information, quality assurance documentation, sales statistics, and custom reports.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
Attributes:
  • A degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the MedTech, Life Sciences, or BioTech sectors.
  • Strong digital and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a structured and solution-oriented environment.
  • Experience planning and executing campaigns and events.
  • Experience working across different regions.
  • Proficiency in marketing and sales tools, such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, FormAssembly, Hootsuite, and GotoWebinar.
  • Graphic design skills, including proficiency in InDesign and Canva.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.
