Job Title: BioTech Business Developer

Join our team at Brandwidth, a digital customer experience agency, as a BioTech Business Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective businesses and handle incoming inquiries about Brandwidth Group services to drive new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and managing leads.
  • Proactively engage in lead generation activities, including 1:1 emails, LinkedIn and telephone outreach and networking.
  • Devise innovative methods for finding and contacting new lead sources to unearth new opportunities.
  • Track and manage all lead information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all other team members are aware of the status of all leads and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience at a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience in a sales role with a focus on lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Experience deploying the correct sales process, including objection handling and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead qualification methodologies.
  • Strong understanding and experience in selling digital agency services: in particular eCommerce, CMS products and CX design.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms e.g. Adobe, Shopify, Big Commerce and CMS platforms such as WordPress/Drupal preferable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and other sales tools.
