Job Title: BioTech Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our Business Development team at Marex Solutions. As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in supporting the sales, marketing, and product development efforts to help meet quarterly and annual targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales, marketing, and product development efforts to meet quarterly and annual targets
  • Develop and execute sales, marketing, and product development strategies
  • Produce content, campaigns, and sales materials
  • Build and maintain client databases
  • Track, measure, and report on performance and calculate ROI
  • Ensure compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the FCA
  • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing with Finance, or relevant field
  • Proven work experience in Business Development and Marketing
  • Proven work experience in Financial Services in a B2B environment
  • Proven work experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO, and website metrics
  • Track record of producing compelling content for clients across multiple touchpoints
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this
