Urology Pathway Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Urology department to contribute to the Endourology and general urology team as a Patient Pathway Coordinator.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe post holder will actively manage the administrative processes attached to patient treatment pathways, ensuring a seamless and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients. They will deliver a high-quality administration service, a positive patient experience, and excellent customer service.
Both written and verbal excellent communication skills are expected along with experience of maintaining databases and confidence in using Excel. The role requires someone who is proactive, willing to take ownership and accountability, and able to manage a high-volume workload.
About the RoleThis is a full-time post working alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team and admin team. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate who demonstrates knowledge and skills with a focus on maintaining and achieving high-quality patient care. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as the role involves working closely within a multidisciplinary team.
Good organisational and communication skills, flexibility, accuracy, and the ability to work autonomously, with attention to detail, within a busy environment are key attributes. A good working knowledge of Excel is crucial to this role.
