Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Urology department to join our Stones and Endourology team as an Admin Team Leader. The post holder will act as the most senior member of the speciality admin team to provide leadership in the management of patient pathways and in the delivery of a high quality, effective and efficient service for both the multi disciplinary team and patients.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the management of patient pathways and delivery of a high-quality service
- Act as the most senior member of the speciality admin team
- Manage a high-volume workload and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements
Requirements
- Proactive and willing to take ownership and accountability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Excel and ability to use it effectively
