MASHPOINT LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Client Nursing Department. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support licensure processes, including GMC requirements and complaint resolution coordination.
- Manage GMC and background checks, collaborating with PCS and Board Staff.
- Administer applicant databases, receive and process supportive documents, and schedule meetings.
- Communicate effectively with applicants, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including data sorting and analysis.
Requirements
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Ability to extract accurate information from documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and ability to learn custom-designed software (MLO NURSYS).
