Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to team members
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure adherence to project specifications and deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to coordinate resources and resolve any issues that may arise
- Train new team members on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by team members

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a construction or related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Proficient in using computer software for project management and documentation purposes
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
