Job Title: Internal Sales Executive – Fixings & Construction Products
Location: St Helens
Remuneration: £27,000 - £33,00neg
Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package
The role of Internal Sales Executive – Fixings & Construction Products will involve:
* Internal sales role selling a large high end range fixings, fastenings, brickwork and ground work products
* Selling into distributors, builders merchants, main contractors & subcontractors
* Dealing with inbound calls
* Possessing a good technical understanding of the product range to advise clients and deal with any queries
* Making outbound calls to clients, upselling and cross selling where possible
* KPI driven role focusing on the growth of the customer base
* Processing orders for customers then liaising internally to ensure their delivery
* Liaising and working with the external sales team
* Keeping internal system up to date
* Working in an internal sales team of 4
* Contributing to a circa £20m company turnover
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive – Fixings & Construction Products with:
* Must possess sales experience within the fixings & fastenings experience industry
* Would consider someone without industry experience providing they are hungry, enthusiastic and willing to learn
* Open to a IT savvy graduate from a business or related degree for one of the positions
* Must be able to work within a team as well as individually
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Superb customer service skills
* Confident on the phone
* Self-motivated, driven, ambitious and wants to grow with the company
* Enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable individual with a real positive attitude
* Computer literate
