Role Overview

We are seeking a Competency and Assessor Team Leader to enhance our operations in the South - Crewe/ Birmingham/Wolverhampton/ Euston area.

In your role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our cleaning teams maintain safe and hygienic environments for our clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing cleaning operations and associated tasks, ensuring that all activities are performed to the highest standards.

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team’s activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards of service delivery.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
