Role Overview

We are seeking a Competency and Assessor Team Leader to enhance our operations in the South - Crewe/ Birmingham/Wolverhampton/ Euston region.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations and related responsibilities for your team, ensuring that all tasks are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the cleaning team to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Implement training and development initiatives to enhance team competencies.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
