Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance and support to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards set by awarding bodies;
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of all examination-related materials;
  • Communicate effectively with awarding organizations;
  • Oversee the management of post-results services provided by the awarding bodies;
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of examination registration and achievement data maintained within the Management Information System (MIS);
  • Act as a deputy for the Examinations Manager;
  • Advocate for the welfare of children and young individuals.

Key Person Specification Requirements:

  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) or higher in English and Mathematics (or equivalent);
  • Awareness of equality, diversity, and inclusion within the workplace and educational settings;
  • Exceptional organizational abilities;
  • Appropriate level of digital competency.
