Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a healthcare environment, particularly in meal preparation for patients, as well as experience in a commercial kitchen setting. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

As a Catering Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the quality of patient services and supervising various retail outlets.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Leading and mentoring staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Conducting daily quality assessments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implementing training programs for staff to ensure adherence to food handling best practices.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
