Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Manager to join our team at Miquill. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for leading our catering operation, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and high-quality food to our students and staff.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a team of catering staff to ensure a consistently high standard of service and food quality
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our students and staff, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring that they are of the highest quality and meet our company standards
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other controllable expenses to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients and customers, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained
- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures, and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
