As a Catering Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring high standards of patient services are maintained.
  • Supervising retail outlets, including various dining options, ensuring compliance with quality control and HACCP standards.
  • Providing leadership and training to staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Conducting daily quality assessments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Monitoring and implementing staff training programs to maintain service quality.
