Job Title: Lead Installation Engineer

Evander is seeking an experienced Lead Installation Engineer to join our Sustainable sector team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading domestic installations from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute domestic installations, including surveying and ordering products for manufacture
  • Manage and take responsibility of installation team members, including recruitment and training
  • Oversee installation issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Manage van stock materials and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with office and field staff to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lead Installer in the domestic Home Improvements sector
  • Significant experience in UPVC & Aluminium window and door installation, including structural bay windows
  • Excellent technical knowledge and customer skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize workload
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
Desirable:
  • Previous experience with a large national installation company
  • Conservatory installation and surveying experience
  • Ability to complete small building works and UPVC repairs
