Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Digital Waffle as a Sales Operations Executive, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative and operational support. This will include preparing sales quotations, proposals, and statements of work, as well as assisting in crafting bid and pre-sales response documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage sales materials, including quotations, proposals, and statements of work.
  • Assist in the development of bid and pre-sales response documents.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, handling inquiries and requests.
  • Support the sales team in managing critical client accounts.
  • Monitor performance and adherence to sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle sales administration duties, including generating reports and conducting data analysis.
  • Manage client contracts and collaborate with the Finance Department to track monthly activities.
  • Assist in maintaining commercial systems and processes.
  • Provide backup support for sales order processing and financial administration.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Excellent written, verbal communications, and client liaison skills.
  • Proven experience of working well in a similar high-pressure commercial environment.
  • Strong numeracy and written skills to support creation of quotations/proposals.
  • A flexible work ethic with a can-do attitude combined with attention to detail and accuracy.
