Job Title: Global HR Project Manager

Job Summary:

NashTech is seeking an experienced Global HR Project Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of HR projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global HR Director to deliver key HR projects across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current HR Information Systems (HRIS) and propose enhancements or replacements to improve HR processes and data accuracy.
  • Implement agreed-upon changes with IT and HR teams and ensure smooth system integration.
  • Payroll Implementation:
    • Implement payroll systems in the US and UK, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
    • Design and monitor payroll processes with finance and payroll teams and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Policy and Practice Review:
    • Review existing HR policies and practices across the organization and identify gaps and inconsistencies.
    • Develop new policies as needed to ensure compliance and alignment with company values and goals.
  • Appraisal and Performance Management:
    • Review and standardize appraisal and performance management processes.
    • Develop tools and templates for performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned HR projects.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Change Management:
    • Develop and implement change management strategies to support new HR processes and systems.
    • Conduct training and workshops and gather feedback to improve HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in HR project management with a focus on global HR initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and practices.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to use data-driven decision making with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of managing and delivering HR projects within budget and time constraints.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of HR systems, payroll, policies, and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work in a changing environment.
  • A relevant HR qualification or equivalent.
