Job Overview

Network HR is seeking an experienced Global Reward Manager to oversee cyclical reward activities and upskill the team for future promotions.

This exciting opportunity is with a global financial services client in London, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee comprehensive experience covering EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Manage two direct reports and upskill the team to continue managing the evolution of the Reward strategy and cyclical reward processes.
  • Lead the roll out of a global job grading and architecture project, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Oversight of the full cyclical reward process, including automation of transactional processes and configuration of the HRIS.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in upskilling a team and managing fixed and variable compensation initiatives.
  • Experience in Reward project work, including the introduction of new job architecture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to start a new position from September.
