Global Mobility Compensation Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Compensation Manager to join our team at JAM Recruitment. As a key member of our expatriate compensation and payroll leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end monthly data and compensation processes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and compensation data.
- Manage and deliver the end-to-end monthly data and compensation process, including data collection, processing, and distribution.
- Conduct reviews of client deliverables, such as payroll, finance, and operational reporting, and obtain sign-off prior to delivery.
- Identify opportunities for technology user experience improvements and implement changes across the client base.
- Lead customer project workshops and meetings, and contribute to consulting projects, such as process reviews and project-based work.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in Global Mobility, expatriate tax, and/or payroll, specifically in areas such as data management, compliance, technology, and client management.
- Ability to digest information from multiple sources and deliver concise business updates and suggest process improvements.
- Solutions-driven and customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects with proactive management and working to deadlines.
- Understanding and adherence to quality and risk management principles.
