Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Compensation Manager to join our team at Expedia Group. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for developing and refining sales incentive programs that align with our Group GTM strategy, financial goals, and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Refine Sales Incentive Programs

Design and implement sales incentive programs that drive behavior aligned with our Group GTM strategy, financial goals, and values.

Internal Consulting

Provide expert advice to business leaders and executive leadership team on matters related to global compensation, including job role review, market-aligned pay-mixes, and sales compensation design best practices.

Quarterly Business and Annual Sales Compensation Reviews

Participate in quarterly business and annual sales compensation reviews to determine sales plan effectiveness in partnership with business leaders, revenue operations, finance, HR operations, and analytics teams.

Compensation and Design Change Management

Lead the compensation and design change management process from conceptualization to implementation.

Policy Design and Documentation

Partner with HR and legal teams to design and document policies supporting sales incentive program rules and eligibility criteria.

Presentations and Stakeholder Engagement

Present sales plan design changes and associated impact on variable compensation to workers councils.

Requirements
  • 7+ Years of Experience in Sales Strategy/Consulting

Proven experience in sales strategy and consulting, with a strong background in global sales strategy and consulting.

Strong Communication and Presentation Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and present senior stakeholders within sales, HR, ops, and finance.

Commercial Acumen and Analytical Skills

Commercially focused with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and perform complex analysis using multiple disparate database sources with large volumes of data.

Proficient in Sales Compensation Tools

Proficient with tools such as Workday, Salesforce, and sales compensation tools.
