The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of sales compensation methodologies, international legislation, and a robust analytical approach to foster effective compensation strategies across diverse regions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Framework Development: Create and implement comprehensive global sales compensation frameworks, encompassing base salary, commission schemes, bonuses, and various incentive programs customized for different international markets.
  • Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Perform regular assessments of market trends to guarantee that compensation offerings are competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks and organizational objectives across various regions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all compensation frameworks adhere to local labor laws, tax obligations, and reporting standards in each operational territory.
