**Exciting Opportunity:** SEN English Teacher

Location: Aurora Woodlands, Darwen

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and relevant lessons
  • Collaborate with leadership team to achieve school objectives
  • Monitor student progress and implement improvement strategies
  • Participate in recruitment and induction processes
  • Work in partnership with staff, parents, and agencies for student well-being

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher status
  • Experience with KS3 and 4 curriculum
  • Knowledge of strategies for students with SEN
  • Understanding of Safeguarding principles
  • Ability to build nurturing relationships with students
  • Flexibility and creativity in teaching approaches
